Burbank Family Housing

This was a partnership with the local Thrivent Financial team and was a small outdoor library created to match their beautiful mosaic designs in the Burbank Family Housing courtyard.

Lighthouse @LAPD Harbor Station

This was a big undertaking, as the Harbor Boosters wanted us to create a replica of the San Pedro Lighthouse “Angels Gate”. It really turned out amazing and the detail was truly appreciated by the boosters and the officers of the Harbor Station.  Our master builder Douglas Chadwick again really out did himself.

Pacoima City Hall – Fruit Cart

We partnered with the Councilman Fuentes to create this fruit cart book box for the lobby of the Pacoima City Hall.  It was mostly made from recycled wood.  Another amazing build by our master builder Douglas Chadwick.

A Library for Geauga County Library Foundation

This book box was a gift to a retiring librarian and is housed at the local family services facility It was created to resemble a vintage library from days gone by and it is so beautiful.  They have placed the library in the Geauga County Job Services Center. Thank you to everyone who helped make this happen in 3 days!!

Cleveland Elephant Book Box unveiled at FBI Offices

There was much excitement around the official unveiling of the library we built in memoriam of the fallen Cleveland FBI agent! Our friends Captain Keith Sulzer of the Cleveland Police Department along with Margaret Bernstein from the Local NBC station (and a big little free library advocate) were on hand to share in the excitement.

Becoming an Official Master Builder by The Little Free Library

We knew our master builder Douglas Chadwick was awesome and created some of the most incredible book boxes.  However, it was an honor when he was given the “Master Builder” award from Todd Bol of The Little Free Library organization.

4 book boxes with Cleveland Police Dept.

Our master builder and Ohio team built 4 book boxes that were placed in 4 different locations with Cleveland Police Dept.  We were able to coordinate with the former founder of Little Free Libraries Todd Bol to install these boxes (and got to be featured on a local television station).

Oh the Place You Will Go – Ramona Gardens Recreation Center

Partnering again with Chief John Thomas @USC we built an “Oh the Places You will Go” book box for Ramona Gardens Recreation Center.  We also gifted them one of 25 libraries we received from the LFL Organization.

A Visit from Todd Bol, the Little Free Library founder
